If you are actively contributing and accruing credited service towards pension eligibility, you should verify the accuracy of the information you are entering. If you are an employer or still having issues call PSPRS at (602) 255-5575. This site is not accessible to members who have retired, entered DROP or returned to work in the same plan. Please visit the
members only page to access more information.
+ What should I do if I have questions/concerns about the information I see on my account?
All data is provided by the respective employers and displayed as a service for members. Any questions regarding the accuracy of the information displayed should be directed to your HR or Payroll Dept.’s as changes / corrections can only be made via employer reporting. Demographics (spelling, dates of birth, address, etc.) can be corrected via the Form 9 “Address and Name Change form”. **Please note** the address and name change form must include a “Wet Signature” (instructions for completing the form are included on the form).
