NOTICE: On April 13, PSPRS is upgrading to a new pension administration system (STARS). This transition includes modern member and employer portals with enhanced security and new functional features, such as online applications and real-time tracking.

Members System Outage & Transition
This is a temporary system outage impacting members access from March 30 to April 13. 1099Rs were mailed out in January. If you did not receive yours or need a copy, you can contact PSPRS. 1099Rs will also be available on the new portal at launch. There will be no impact to benefit payments during this transition.

Employers System Outage & Transition
