The PSPRS Secure Self Service Portal is no longer available.

The new PSPRS portal address is:

PSPRS has upgraded to a new pension administration system (STARS). This transition provides access to a modern retiree portal with enhanced security and new functional features, such as online applications and real-time tracking.

Directions for setting up your member account:

  1. Follow the link above to the new portal.
  2. Register for your new STARS account using your email address. You will be asked to verify information already on file with PSPRS.
  3. Once registration is complete two-factor authentication via phone number or email will help keep your account secure (similar to the way bank accounts and other secure sites work).

Directions for setting up your employer account:

  1. Please contact your account administrator for access to STARS. Each employer has one or more account administrators (usually an HR, Finance or Payroll director) who manage STARS access for their staff.
  2. If you already have been granted access, please follow the link to the employer portal above and enter your work email address. Click “Reset password” to go through your account set up.
  3. Once registration is complete two-factor authentication via phone number or email will help keep your account secure (similar to the way bank accounts and other secure sites work).
